2013 SEEDS OF THE FUTURE

In 2013 Barilla launched the “Barilla per i Giovani” Award, to offer young Italians the chance to win a financial contribution and undertake educational training in line with the social projects they put forward. In addition to the professional level and educational curriculum of the candidate and of the team, the following areas will be taken into consideration: consistency with the competition guidelines, the market involved, the impact of the project (social, nutritional, environmental), the innovation level and the business model. No. Once the project is uploaded on the website, the project can no longer be edited. This is why we recommend you upload your proposal only once you are sure it is ready. Remember also to upload a description of your project, the business plan of your idea and, if you want, an exciting video that explains your your idea!
No. A degree is only required for participating in the Good4 our Knowledge category.
Each candidate or working group can upload only one project per category.
In the addition to the standard requirements, the candidates must have a degree and they must take and pass the admission test to the Master of Management in Food and Beverage program of the SDA Bocconi School of Management
No, the new 2014 competition promotes sustainable business ideas in the food sector.
